A Pennsylvania pharmacy is facing a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the father of a man who died from a fentanyl overdose. Dale Albert filed a lawsuit against Sheeley’s Drug Store in Scranton, Pennsylvania after his son, Cody, died of an overdose from a fentanyl pain patch that was given to him by Zachary Ross, who had improperly obtained pain patches from Sheeley’s that were intended for his mother.
